For the ultimate experience and top-notch training, we highly recommend that you send your Officers, Sr.'s and anyone you feel is a leader on your team, to the Leadership Retreat and our Team Training Camp.

 

Please note that the Leadership Retreat is only available on the day before Team Training Camp begins.

Step 2: Camp Fees/Chaperones/Meals/Lodging

Lodging:  Click here to make your reservations with Bellevue Hilton Hotel.
You must include your name, your team's name, number of rooms, credit card or PO information, and names of dancers in the rooms. Reservations must be made by June 14th to receive a discounted rate. All payments for rooms should be arranged directly with Bellevue Hilton. We do not arrange your lodging and we will not accept any funds for it. The Hilton asks that each team select one person to make reservations for your team. Rooms are $116.00 plus tax per night for quad occupancy when you identify yourself as being with Elite Performance Dance Camps. Space is limited so please make your reservations no later than June 14th to receive this group rate.

Fee includes 150 for Elite registration and 125 for food. Food will be catered by the Hilton for the Team Training Camp only. Meals will not be provided for the Leadership Retreat. Please be prepared to bring your own food for that day.

Step 5: Mail Registration and Payment Information

Payment in full must be paid 30 days prior to the start of camp. There will be a $25 per person late fee to the total cost of camp if payment is received after the deadline. Please send in one check per team. Because of the significant costs of staffing and other requirements, we cannot offer any refunds.

You will receive an invoice within 3-5 business days. Please print and include this invoice with your check and send to:

In the "Notes" section of your check, please write your team's name.


If using a Purchase Order:
You will receive an invoice within 3-5 business days. Please print and write your PO number on the invoice and turn it into your school for payment.

As director I have read and agree to the Camp requirements listed above, the payment schedule, and late payment fees. I also grant persmission for Elite Performance Dance Camps to contact me regarding my registration and other details.
