Student Fee: $269.00
Director Fee: $125.00

Chaperones: One adult director or adult chaperone is required for each team. Supervision is not provided outside of the scheduled class or ballroom class areas. Each team is required to provide direct supervision for its members and if unable to do so, Elite Performance will not be held liable.

Registration/Meals: Camp Fee includes all dance and leadership instruction. Each dancer/chaperone is responsible for meals throughout the Leadership Retreat. Make sure to bring a sack lunch the first day of the retreat and plan a dinner out with your leadership team at night. Breakfast and lunch the next day will need to be arranged within your team as well. We suggest simple breakfasts such as bagels and fruits and a simple lunch such as a sub sandwich and fruit.

Lodging: Teams will room at the Bellevue Hilton Hotel. Reservations are made here. You must include your name, your team's name, number of rooms, credit card or PO information, and names of dancers in the rooms. Reservations must be made by June 14 to receive a discounted rate. All payments for rooms should be arranged directly with Bellevue Hilton. We do not arrange your lodging and we will not accept any funds for it. The Hilton asks that each team select one person to make reservations for your team. Rooms are $108.00 plus tax per night for quad occupancy when you identify yourself as being with Elite Performance Dance Camps. Space is limited so please make your reservations no later than June 14th to receive this group rate.

Payment in full must be paid 15 days prior to the start of camp. Please send in one check per team. Please note that all $50.00 deposits are nonrefundable and must be received in order to hold your registration. Final payment must be received in our office no later than June 14; please allow three days for mailing time. If you are registering after the June 14 entry deadline, please add a $25 per person late fee to the total cost of camp.

Because of the significant costs of staffing and other requirements, we CANNOT offer any refunds for any reason after June 14.

If sending in a check:
First click on the Invoice button below, print the invoice and include with your check sent to: Elite Performance Dance Camps Co. 16735 SE 251st Pl. Covington, WA 98042. In the "Notes" section of your check, please write your team's name. You must then return to this registration page to click the Submit button to complete your online registration.

If using a Purchase Order:
First click on the Invoice button below, print the invoice and write your P.O. number on the invoice and turn it into your school for payment. The Invoice page is the working invoice to submit to the school. You must then return to this registration page to click the Submit button to complete your online registration.

After registering for camp, please click on the Confirmation Information link on our website to view a confirmation letter, detailed schedule, parent release forms, what to bring list and other important information. Each coach/chaperone is required to view and take care of this information for their team prior to camp.
