The cost of this camp reflects the powerful training from professional instructors, the high-quality facilities that are also available for late night practicing, team building sessions, evaluations, guest speakers, meals including a formal dinner and dance party! Hotel reservations will be made individually by each team.
Elite Performance Dance Camps also requires at least one adult chaperone and/or director per team to be in attendance throughout the four days of camp. The state of Washington requires that a coach must be 21 years of age or older and therefore we expect all chaperones to meet this same age requirement. It is up to you, the coach and/or chaperone to make sure that room arrangements are made appropriately with regards to boys, girls and adults. Elite Performance will provide the necessary supervision during the scheduled class times and within the specified classroom and ballroom areas. Therefore, we encourage your team to bring the number of chaperones you need for the size of your team. Directors’ and/or chaperones’ registration is $125.00 per person. This fee also includes the full 8 meals, formal dinner, as well as full participation in the director’s program. |

Teams will room at the Bellevue Hilton Hotel. Rooms are $105.00 (plus tax) per night for a quad occupancy room. This is a special rate provided to the Elite Performance dance camp participants. Please have one person make the reservations for your entire team. Reservations are made by emailing Gwen Walton at gwen_walton@hilton.com. You must include your name, your team's name, number of rooms, credit card or PO information, and names of dancers in the rooms. Reservations must be made by Monday, June 16, 2008 to receive this discounted rate. |

Please click on the online registration link below and follow the directions to complete the full registration and payment process. The non-refundable $50 deposit or full payment of $255 per person must be sent in order to reserve your spot at camp. We must have your team's full payment of $255 per dancer, $125 per coach or chaperone, and Parent Release Forms by June 16, 2008. Space is limited so we suggest you send this information in as soon as possible to reserve your team's spot. If your school will be sending in a Purchase Order, you must print off the invoice that will be provided at the end of the online registration form and submit this to your school for payment. The online invoice page is the working invoice with your team's information to be given to your school.
After completing the following online registration form, please click on the Confirmation Information link on our website to view a confirmation letter, detailed schedule, parent release forms, what to bring list and other important information. Each coach/chaperone is required to view and take care of this information for their team prior to camp. |
