Form of payment needs to be received THREE weeks prior to their arrival via purchase order, check or credit card (I am saying 3 weeks because it takes groups so long to get the information to us. This gives us some wiggle room) In order to hold the rooms until a purchase order is generated, we need a credit card to hold these rooms no exceptions this year
