Form of payment needs to be received THREE weeks prior to arrival via purchase order,

check or credit card. In order to hold the rooms until a purchase order is generated,

we would need a credit card to hold your rooms. Sorry, no exceptions allowed.

no later than ONE week prior to the date of the event selected.
