Elevating Dance Teams
Across the Northwest
Elite Performance Dance Camps was founded with a simple mission: to bring high-quality dance training and leadership development to teams across the Pacific Northwest. What started as a passion project has grown into a comprehensive program serving dance teams from across the region.
Our directors bring over 20 years of Washington State coaching experience, more than 20 years of judging expertise, and over 25 years of choreography and consulting knowledge. We're locally owned and operated, and deeply committed to the dance community.
We offer training in Lyrical/Contemporary, Pom, Jazz, Hip Hop, Military, and Kick — covering every style your team needs to excel.

What skill levels do you accommodate?
We welcome all skill levels — Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced. Our instructors tailor their teaching approach to ensure every dancer is challenged and supported at their level.
What dance styles are taught at camp?
We teach six genres: Lyrical/Contemporary, Pom, Jazz, Hip Hop, Military, and Kick. Each camp includes instruction across multiple styles.
Where is the Team Training Camp held?
The 2026 Team Training Camp will be held at the Hilton Seattle Airport Convention Center, July 30 through August 2.
Can coaches attend for free?
Coaches attend at a reduced rate of $250. With 12 or more dancers registered from your team, your coach attends complimentary.
Do you offer online registration and payment?
Yes! You can register and pay securely online with a credit card through our registration system. Check and alternative payment options are also available — contact us for details.
What is included in the Team Training Camp?
The camp includes technique classes, two masterclasses, mock auditions, team bonding activities, diversity awareness sessions, and awards. Hotel accommodations are available at a group rate.
Is there a leadership program for team captains?
Yes! Our Leadership Retreat is a 2-day program focused on leadership skills, team-building, goal-setting, communication, and conflict resolution. It's perfect for team captains and emerging leaders.
